  I've used ICUK (http://www.icuk.net/) for the past maybe 5 years or so. Generally happy with them and the fact I can talk to a person on the odd occasion I've needed to. I've got one of their "reseller" packages which basically allows for unlimited shared hosting accounts, which is nice as it doesn't cost anything to just throw up a temporary or test project. I don't actually do any reselling of hosting with it!
