  Hey guys little help please. Anyone in the 'know' have any idea how to get some needle jets for the CV44 mm carb. Obsolete at Harley, tuner kit part number is 27419-99 which includes everything and the separate needle jet part numbers are.... 27727-99, 27933-99, 27967-99, 27968-99 Any help much appreciated, some one has to have these in a shop or kicking around!

  Jetting question Have 05 450, was told it has big bore when I bought it. Slip on no name muffler, no lid on air box. Runs good but backfires like crazy when I let off the gas. Any suggestions of where I should start for tuning? Know it has 185 and I think a 45. Thanks for the help, pic is for attention

  Go to YouTube for cam mod. It is good and simple when you have to change plug or bored. Have fun. U can get jets on ebay or jetsrus.com if/when needed. Adjustable fuel screws are 10 bucks on ebay. Also good investment to make it easy and accurate to adjust. U might need new pilot jet but a little popping on decel is not bad either.
