  I used to see Nick Potter who practices at the Basuto Medical Centre in Fulham (0207 736 7557) and also in Harley Street (0207 636 7720 - and who I would highly recommend. And in earlier years also used to see Margaret Papoutsis who is based in Crystal Palace and is excellent. She basically used to be the Osteopath for the Royal Ballet (not sure if she still does) - so would know the body of a strange carnie person like you. - http://www.margaretpapoutsis.co.uk/
