Can anyone recommend a virtual tour company or software program? Hopefully with the ability to combine both still photos and video.
Thank you!

Actually just today Bernice Ross from RealEstateCoach.com did a post on this very subject on Inman. Link - http://post.inman.com/t/584306/1781163/21243/0/ . When Valerie Garcia mentioned Videolicious, several other similar services, some mentioned in Bernice's post, came to my mind like ptch.com , Animoto etc. These are really cool apps but they are very generic and not real estate specific - like the hosted video page has all kinds of ads, there is no provision for creating a separate MLS version of tour in the same go and with the hosted video, there are no tools to engage prospective home buyers and even a way for them to contact the agent. The biggest issue is at the core of how video is created. All these apps create a cool looking video with fancy transitions and nice beats but I bet you will agree that all a prospective home buyer wants is to get a nice, clear and big view of picture that stays on the screen for a few seconds so that they can scan all parts of it so that the information helps them in making the third biggest decision of their life (First is marriage and second is buying a yatch , just kidding ;) . BTW - Tourzilla works with iPad too.
