  Need a recommendation for a roofer to replace cap shingles on my roof. I've had 3 inspect and all they want to do is replace the twelve year old roof. None offered a price to re-nail the shingles that blew off. Had insurance adjuster look and he said roof ok, shingles need to be nailed back on. Any good ones out there?
