  My second floor is always cooler in the winter and warmer in the summer than the first floor by 5 degrees at least. I am trying to research efficient ways to fix this. I was told a fan booster may help but do not know where to install it in the hvac line and a good energy efficient one. Any recommendations on the overall issue, solution, installing said booster?
