Whether its your first, or thirty first tattoo!!! Tattooing of a minor is allowed, under Florida's new guidelines. Any minor of the age 16 to 17, must have a signed/notarized consent form by a legal guardian. As well as a valid state ID. School ID cards are not acceptable.
