  Hi Marylynne. I'm a local Realtor. This may help. Our direct MLS is found at www.pensacolamls.com. Any rental listed through a realtor will be on that site. All third party sites are syndicated so zillow, trulia, etc will all have the same listings. Searching through pensacolamls.com ensures the most accurate data. You can also find some rentals through private landlords on Craigslist but be careful because scams run wild on there. If it sounds too good to be true it is. And of course don't ever send money online for your deposit.
