  Can someone please let me know a fair priced hair salon that does great work with hair die? I want to get my daughter's hair died for back to school and I want quality work. She wants pink and violate color for her hair. I want the kind that washes out after a few months. Not the permanent kind. I guess that would be semi-permanent. Right.
