Mission Statement: Dogs Off Chains is dedicated to improving the living conditions of outdoor dogs in our community and helping to strengthen the bond between people and their pets. Our volunteers provide guidance on the proper care of their dogs, offer free spaying or neutering, doghouses, and fences for chained dogs.
