I am a fully trained pastry chef and I have worked in restaurants such as The Peat Inn, The Three Chimneys and Rufflets Country House Hotel.
Shortly after I began making cakes I was approached to make a wedding cake for the manager of Rufflets Country House Hotel, which was a great success.
Since then I have attended a Squires Kitchen sugarcraft course in Farnham. It was a great learning experience and got me on my way to making more wedding and celebration cakes. I have gained over 6 years professional experience in baking and making celebration cakes to a high standard.
Over the last few weeks I have had the push that I needed to realise that I can run a successful wedding and celebration cake business. So as the time is right....I have decided to go for it :-) So im looking forward to working with you all and making your cakes. xxx
