  Can anyone please recommend a B and B with a small conference room in CT area that does not cost an arm and a leg. Either near Rondebosch or in the City area. We will want to use it a few times during 2014.

  Try Jean Viljoen at www.suncottagecapetown.com. Sun Cottage is in Newlands so close to Rondebosch. I have stayed there and have a vague feeling that they also had a small conference room. Even if they don't I am sure Jean would know who does as she is also in the training world.
