About us
GBT Embroidery is a small family business, owned solely by Tina but family assist when required (which can be often, especially when business is booming) and they have all helped GBT grow into a successful business over the years.
We are a home run business, not just to keep overheads down, keeping prices low and affordable for our customers, but for many more reasons.....home comforts,no travel,less stress....which all equates to more productivity and better opening hours so we are more accessible for "out of hours" customers.
Unlike some larger chain companies, GBT are happy to embroidery straight onto your own garments (you will have to sign a disclaimer).
Customers are of huge importance to us and we much prefer the "personal touch" that only a small business can truly give. Facebook offers a great way of interacting, which means a prompter response and a visual of what we have to offer at the click of a button or the tap of a finger. But mostly....we love to chat to you....by chatting we can advise and guide on your orders.....for every word exchanged we get to know you....our customers....that little bit more.......
