It's Hatha Yoga which is active meditation. I've been addictive since starting. Sometimes I am the only one in some sessions anyway and get a more personal class haha bonus x

  Anonymous post no. 4574 Evening all At the risk of sounding like a crazy person.. how do you know if a bedroom in your house is 'haunted', or the like? My 3 year old was previously in this room (over a year and a half ago) and would wake screaming around the same time each night for no apparent reason, we moved him to another room and never heard another peep. Now our 7 month old is in this said room and seems to be doing the same thing?? Is there anyone out there who doesnt think im crazy?
