  I have a great orthopedic surgeon - Dr. Salvatore J. Corso, 205 Froehlich Farm Blvd Woodbury, NY 11797 - (516) 364-0070 - I've recommended him many times before to many other people & in addition to Jason using him three time on both his shoulders. Not sure if he does back. Each doctor in that office has a specialty area & they're sports medicine.
