  Hi all.. Anyone got any ideas on how to do up a rather tatty Pashley Tricycle that we have just purchased? We have new chains, new mud guards, new seat, new tyres, new pedals and new wheels (not spoked though) We want to do this as cheaply and as nice as possible for our son Bradley who is autistic and can't ride a normal bike as he can't concentrate on too many things at the same time..Thanks in advance

  Do you know anyone in Wisbech wheelers Cycling club. Years ago they had a number of members who were very adept at cycle repairs, as after all their sport required them to be. My own son used to string wheels (make the wheels up from scratch there is a bit of an art to that) uinfortunately he has moved away . Micheal McInerny might be able to point you in the right direction I think he is currently to be found via the roller Skating Arena at Walpole Highway. You might also find help on websites for specific disability sportsmen. Pashley by the way made a range of good quality Tradesmens cycles. I still have a limited amount of spares from my cycling days left over and you would be welcome to see whether they fit. I notice www.pashley.co.uk/ still advertise a "Trike" in their catalogue good luck with your project.
