About us
My jewellery is created by striking metal design stamps onto metal blanks, which means every creation is unique as everything is done by hand. This does mean that some letters/characters will not be equally spaced or aligned, allowing a beautiful organic look to your piece. This does mean that no 2 items will be identical due to everything being done by hand.
Prices are available on request and are dependent on your specifications, please don't be afraid to ask.
Terms & Conditions
I require full payment prior to any work being carried out due to the nature of personalized jewellery. Refunds will only be issued if work has not been started or specific items have not been ordered to complete your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you have sent to me is accurate so please check your spellings. Any errors will be corrected by remaking the item if it is an error on my part. Any error of your own making will only be remade following the issue of a remaking fee.
My turn around time is discussed at the point of ordering, this includes the time it takes to make your item and post it, I am not responsible for how long it takes for the item to arrive to you, an item will not be considered lost until such time that the courier deems sufficient in their policies (for example royal mail is 10-15 working days).
My items are personalized to order unless bought from a premade sale and are therefore excluded from a 14day cooling off period.
The majority of the blanks I use are stainless steel or aluminum and unless otherwise stated that is what you will get.
All care is taken to ensure that my pieces arrive to you in the best condition possible. I am not responsible for wear on an item, for example pieces that rub and get scratches due to this.
Adjustable aluminum bangles are hand shaped using 1.6mm aluminum wire. All care is taken to remove sharp edges. Excessive stretching and movement can alter the shape.
