The training sessions can be held on all types of locations, there will be trained by the concept of FiXS-workouts. Which contains training with the CrossCore180, kettlebell, functional movements, stability exercises and to top it of with resistance stretching.
I am looking for some good fitness classes in The Hague, can anyone recommend some? I may also be looking for a Personal Trainer. I just lost 44lbs and dropped a few dress sizes, and now I am ready to crank up my exercise!
