  My pleasure Headshots are a specific thing. Take the two pics above, the one on the left works as a portfolio shot but not as a headshot. The one on the right could do with being cropped a lot tighter perhaps. It's worth a look at http://www.headshothunter.co.uk/ as they have pages from all of the better known headshot specialists.
