Looking around online it looks like this behavoir has been repeated by the owner to other clients, so keep that in mind if you're considering going with them.
It's worth noting that the photos were pretty good, especially for the price (we got them for half the standard price at the time via a Craigslist ad), but the service left us wondering if we were ever going to get them.
