So I'm not one for all those meal replacement fads and network marketing products for weight loss etc.. aaaand I don't like the 'quick fix' solutions because they really aren't quick fix, they're just lazy and you end up yo-yo'ing anyway and I'd much rather do it properly so I feel fitter and healthier the right way instead of starving ny body with stupid fads..
Now in saying that, can anyone recommend any helpful advice or products that you have personal experience with that may have helped you in your health and fitness journey..? I also want to shift this post baby belly flab that has made a home on my hips & tummy... Its getting warmer and I don't fancy wearing singlets over my swimmers at the beach thankyou! Hit me with all your advice, suggestions and recommendations..!!! Ashy Bines, Michelle Bridges, Gyms, Food/Diet etc.. Everything!
