I started making cupcakes at the age of 7 with my Mum and my Gran. I then progressed to making cakes for my teachers at school. It was my teachers who advised me “these are too good to give away, you should sell them”. So I took that advice and enrolled in some classes and now I make cupcakes to order.
I like to experiment with flavours, ingredients, decoration and hand made sugar crafts. All new products are tried and tested by family and friends (I hear them drooling outside the kitchen with each new batch). My have testers advise I must meet their standards, which has resulted in each cake being made with good quality ingredients and no preservatives
