  Can anyone recommend a good dentist on the Coast, who isn't going to charge the earth!! More importantly they need to be really good with someone who grew up in New Zealand, and has an irrational fear of dentists, due to the primary school sending us every three months to the dental school. I have been putting up with tooth ache for the past 4 months or so, and it is getting too bad now. Can't cope with it any more. Will need quite a bit of sedation just to get me in the chair.. ;-(
