ARQ Inc. is a not for profit no kill rescue organisation dedicated to giving homeless dogs in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba a second chance and a forever home.
ARQ gives homeless dogs a new leash on life..

We have an awesome team of foster carers and volunteers who work tirelessly assisting our homeless dogs.

Our support crew consists of Groomers, Behaviourist, Veterinarians, Best Friends Pet Super Store, Microchipper and Holistic Veterinarian Consultant.

PLEASE SHARE Can anyone please help? We only have 2 more days to finalise the numbers and we still need 15 more carers! ARQ have been asked to assist with a surrender of approx 40 dogs from the one property. There's a mix of fox terriers, Tenterfield terriers, silky terriers and shih Tzu’s (please note most of the long haired pups have carers already). There are mostly boys (some females), mostly 5-8mths of age. THEY NEED TO GO TO FOSTER HOMES WITH CHILDREN ABOVE 10+ YEARS ONLY. Please EMAIL ONLY if you can assist - fostering@arq.net.au They are arriving in Brisbane on 10th April 6pm for collection.

URGENT AND SPECIAL CARER NEEDED. Suzi is a 6mth old female labrador who started life as a pet shop puppy but is now an ARQ dog to save her life. She has some medical issues that mean for the moment she is incontinent (bladder) and will need specialist surgery to correct this. ARQ need your help. We need a carer who can look after her throughout her surgery and we also need to raise money ASAP as this surgery is most urgent. Please contact mel@animalrescueqld.com.au if you can help be a foster carer or donate to her surgery which will be at the discounted price of $2,000. THANK YOU
