  Hi Emma I am a Human and equine osteopath based in cheltenham. Osteopathy treats the muscles and the joints by massage, manipulation and stretching. I mainly treat horses and riders, as well as having my own horse, so know exactly what you're talking about! I am also a strength and conditioning coach so can help with exercise to reduce the risk of the problems coming back as bad!   Does any one know a good chiropractor? My backs killing me not to mention my shoulders, I think due to using a water fed pole everyday it's starting to have an effect on my body!! They say the poles are light and the are, but when your cleaning windows of heights of up to 4 stories it can feel a lot heavier and harder on the body! Help required please If any one can do evenings to that would be helpful as I'm working most days as some staff are off so am covering. Also maybe a massage might help Am a little skint so would be up for a trade swap if possible Thanks in advance
