  Well we had a fantastic fortnight and are now looking at next year! We have had everything we wanted in the villas where we have stayed over the 4 years we've been holidaying in Moraira, all apart from them being in the sticks! We hire a car but it would be lovely to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants - we have to plan when we are going out so that hubby doesn't have a drink before going out and also can't have a drink with his meal when we do go out. Not just that but the driving is pretty hairy on those mountain roads! Can anyone advise any villas that actually are within walking distance to make our holiday even more wonderful! TIA xx

  Hi, I would like a bit of advice if possible please. My parents lived in Moraira for 8 years until ill-health meant that they have moved back to the UK and will not be returning to Spain. They left their house 18 months ago and have not returned. They now need to sell their villa in Spain to fund a new house in the UK. Does anybody know of a reputable estate agent that could market and sell the villa with no input from the UK as my parents are too ill to travel? Many thanks in advance for replies.

We're hoping to come out to Moraira in May 2014, for a short holiday, and wondered if anyone knew of a rental property fairly close to town, with at least 3 bedrooms, but more importantly flat access or ramped access for a wheelchair user? We don't need any other disabled facilities other than no steps to at least one entrance & access to pool area . If anyone knows of any property that might be suitable, I would love to hear from you, many thanks in advance xx
