  I might be a little unclear on exactly what you're trying to accomplish, but what I think you're looking for is best available SMS marketing services provider. I would recommend Twilio simply because of price and range of services. Most agents shy away from it because it doesn't have the words "for Realtors!" attached to the end of every sales piece. But addressing your second, and more pertinent, question: you don't need to be spending your money on this. This is low on the totem pole of high leverage things you can be doing. I won't blindly recommend other options without knowing more about what you're already doing other than to say that great direct response mailing and online video can never hurt. Any agent, any market, any budget - those two win hands down compared to most anything you can be doing. Assuming they're done right. But maybe you're already doing these. :)
