  Hey guys it may be a long shot but I am looking for a good reasonably priced massage therapist in London. I have hurt my shoulder and back at work last week and need some TLC and relief. If anyone has any recommendations or knows anyone, please let me know. Also any good remedies for a very tense, knotty and painful neck, back and shoulder please feel free to fire away. I've tried arnica, Tiger balm, hot, cold, Ibuprofen, multiple baths and Epsom salts with lavender. But I am open for anything you've got! Cheers.
