  Looking for a good place for yoga classes, I'm a beginner. I've seen a sign for community yoga downtown (close to Crab Trap), Go Yoga, & a somewhat newer yoga place on Centre street. Thoughts ? Suggestions ?

  I would recommend trying all the studios. Not all yoga is the same and one of them will speak to you. If you're interested community yoga has beginner classes on Tuesdays from 6 to 7: 15 p.m.

  Does anyone have experience with dr miller at coastal spine and pain center in fernandina beach?? I am being referred to him by the navy clinic in kings bay and wanted to see if anyone had experience with him. I may be looking at getting epidural steroid injections in my neck which I am seriously freaking out about.
