About us
About You Counseling & Coaching, LLC is Amelia Island's counseling center dedicated to children and families. Although we treat adults, our area of specialization is in the diagnosis and treatment of school age children, young adults and their families who struggle with behavioral and/or mood issues such as ADHD, Bipolar, Depression, Anxiety, Grief as well as adjustments to life changes and stress. It is a special place, to seek counseling, life coaching, parental guidance, skill building groups and other valuable resources. Here, kids have somewhere to vent, learn new skills (coping, problem solving, communication, anger management, organization, study, social, etc.) and more importantly, reflect and share their thoughts and feelings in a safe, comfortable, non-judgmental environment. Parents will learn more effective parenting skills and better ways to communicate with their children. The emotional health and well being of these children and their families are our first priority.
