  My mother is visiting me from out of town and desperately needs a permanent. I am having a hard time finding a hair salon that specializes in senior hair on Yelp. My mother is 91 and she cannot stand her straight hair as she has always had a really tight curly perm. Does anybody have any recommendations for me? We live in Monrovia but can travel.
