  Most people who want quality either cobble things together one piece at a time with some buying and some making... Or have have things made for them by independent crafters (like stuff from Etsy) OR pay big $$ to a place like Anovos, however even with an expensive costume you'll still likely need alterations. I'd recommend checking the Rebel Legion forums for costumes like Han and Luke, they are really the authority on quality costuming (and 501 st for bad guy stuff) and you'll find a lot of useful stuff on their forums.
