  Followed the suggestion of this page and hired Melanie Suria of Memphis Computer Support to come to my home and work on my computer. Ladies she did a great job. Cleaned up the mess on my computer and worked on my router for better connection. Haven't had any problems with dropped internet service since. She was very knowledgeable and professional I highly recommend her if you have computer issues.
