Hello, one of my baby yoga mums has said she'd like to start an adult yoga class, she's really enjoyed the gentle stuff we do for postnatal women in my sessions. She's an absolute beginner, 14 weeks postnatal, has some back issues so is looking for something gentle - hatha maybe - with a focus on relaxation, posture work & breathing. She lives in the Pride Park area & is looking for something relatively close to where she lives. Do any of you yogis have any advice on local classes that might fit the bill?
