  Sorry. Do you need a root canal or what? Remember Bill Hefle from band? He has an office in Ashland, give him a call 804-798-8019 in the morning. Just tell them you were in band together and he will probably get you in early. Worth a try. Also, biting on a soaked teabag is supposed to help.
