(preferably around Jordaan or De Pijp) Do you think it is possible to rent a flat without having a work contract or is it impossible?   Yeah, it's a small city with world class attraction so... It really depends on the owner of what is required to get a lease. You can go to any real estate agent and they will charge you for pretty much anything such as a simple viewing or registrations.
