  Sent an email to Redmond Ridge HOA office and copying it below. Hoping someone from the community would be able to help out. Hello, Ours is a Quadrant home (10180, 223rd Pl NE), which was built in 2001. We discovered a leak in one of the pipes and the circulator in our house... and that has resulted in some damage to the dry wall and floor. I called in a plumber to get it fixed, but he was not very familiar with the hydronic heating system that is installed. Here are the questions that I hope you can help me get an answer to: - Are there other houses reporting similar issue - Can you recommend some plumbers who may have serviced this type of system for other homeowners? - Is the pipe used for plumbing in my house from Kitec (they have a recall) Thanks, Nitin
