Natasha I. wrote: AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Micheal Carter recovered my car and diagnosed the problem as turbo. I asked and paid for a brand new turbo for my Audi a3. They placed a used turbo and sold mine for surcharge ! They did a oil change with this but didn't replace enough oil. Ruined the bottom end of My engine. Costing me thousands. I had to buy another car while my audi was off road to get me to and from work because these clowns misdiagnosed my car and in process completely ruined my Audi which is still off the road since MARCH! Wont give my money back, stole my turbo, misdiagnosed and carried uneccessary work which in the process ruined my engine to br told by them that they don't work on diesel cars AFTER theyd done the work and took my money! Avoid these people. Go onto a reputable garage. There's loads of trashy banger racing cars outside this garage which is a sign I wish I took notice off. Seems they're banger racing boys who opened a garage with no experience. Please Avoid!Was this review helpful to you? -
