  I had the exact same problem with a local company that talked me into putting their heater in a house and not use one that I had because they would guarantee it. Installed in July and called them when it didn't work in September and they told me they would not honor the guarantee. I called Tony from AML Heating & Cooling from a referral and have used him since. Good luck whoever you get to fix it!
