  Vicky G Dougal of course magnesium citrate is okay the only problem is it can cause loose bowels so you have to start out slowly and work your way up. As my post says Natural Calm is the best brand to use this is a powder form not a capsule. I've use t his product for over 10 years. It's excellent for restless leg syndrome and it got me off of gabapentin which I was taking for it. It is excellent for pain and for sleep. It can be found on Amazon and this is how I recommend using it. I also use a product called Natural Calm by naturalvitality.com start out slow with 1 teaspoon in a eighth of a cup of water so that you can drink it in one or two swallows. Do this for a few nights so that you're sure it's not going to upset your bowels. Then you can increase it to 2 teaspoons in the same amount of water. This product is magnesium citrate which is one of the highest absorbable magnesiums you just have to be careful or it can act as a laxative.

  I reordered my Natural Calm Natural Vitality and apparently ordered and received a different formula. It is Natural Calm plus Calcium and contains calcium glucomate and magnesium carbonate. Is this entirely different, or unsafe?
