Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
We are based in Somerset West, Cape Town South Africa. Creating beautiful gifts to show appreciation, care, love, sympathy in a special and meaningful way has always been a delight of ours, and making it our preferred job position from 2010 meant that we could do it for people all over the world who do not have the time, the ability or in the recent years were stuck in their countries and not able to visit their families and friends. There is nothing quite like a beautiful gift presented with love, care, and thought to make someone's day no matter the occasion at the time or the season of life they may be experiencing.
Describe a typical work day for you?
A typical workday would involve stock ordering, creating and designing custom packed gift hampers, pulling product stock, invoicing, client communications, logging of gift deliveries with our couriers, cleaning up at the end of a workday on our work table and of course, our favourite section of the day is when we create and decide which colours we are going to use to produce our beautiful ribbon bouquets that are hand made for each gift personally by our Giftologist.
From where do you draw your enthusiasm and inspiration for the job?
Being able to be the connecting point for people all over the world to connect with their loved ones, friends, and colleagues back in South Africa is our passion - doing it well is our inspiration and fires up our enthusiasm!

The stock of contents inside of our gift hampers in our online store may change from time to time due to stock challenges, seasonal products, or discontinued products. We will always replace with equal value if not a higher value and similar product as to seen contents online.

What has been your most memorable experience on the job?
Receiving the absolute delighted emails from our clients and even their recipients, whether happy celebrations or sad - to hear that we could connect our clients' care and hearts with their loved ones, colleagues or clients makes our day!
Do you deliver internationally?
Our gifts and gift hampers are distributed inside of South Africa only but we can accept orders from across the world with payment made in ZAR currency to us for delivery across South
Africa to almost anyone's door.
Do you offer custom packed gift hampers?
Yes, we do, if you have specific ideas, a special occasion, or preferences in product content and dietary needs such as allergies, Kosher or Halal product content, we can accommodate most requests with a custom-packed gift hamper for your gifting occasion.
Please note that custom-packed hampers do take a little longer as sometimes we may have to search for something specific first to match your request, but we are happy to go the extra mile with some leeway on time from our clients.
How long does delivery take?
We use a dedicated courier company to deliver our gift hampers nationwide within South Africa. Depending on where the gift needs to be delivered the delivery time can range from between the next day to 5 - 10 working days from the date the order was received, payment cleared to our account (no gift hampers may leave us until payment has cleared to us) and stock availability as some items especially our tableware keepsake items are only ordered in on-demand order from our suppliers.
