It's time to challenge a 75+yr old law and the inflexible, INHUMANE administrative process that locks away vaccinated dogs in solitary confinement for 10 days (a human equivalent of 70 -- exceeding the limit of 45 days that many states now consider to be torture) and unconstitutionally seizes property without providing for a hearing or appeal.   2 nd Question -- how broken and how much bleeding 3 rd Question -- What was cause of injury -- everyone says not dog related -- issue is dropped (exchange numbers in a neighborly fashion if necessary). Seriously, who called for an EMT? That person too should have their head examined. Mom is too hysterical over a scratch!
