I've heard att or Comcast are good options, but maybe someone has other recommendations? What's available in the area and who has the best service for the money? Second question is who has the best home insurance and flood rates? Recommended companies? Third question is what documents do I need, and where are they located to hook up electricity and water? We represent many companies and can search the market to find you the best coverage and price for you, including a home/auto package policy (which is rare in coastal FL). Flood rates are basically the same with every company (determined by Federal Gov). Some homeowners companies in FL have just started to include flood coverage in their policies, which may save you some, depending on if you are in a high or low hazard flood zone.
