  Elaine Cavin May, you will still be able to get your prepaid prints. The stores are all closing, but the online printing was bought by a new company and they are going to be honoring Black's prepaid cards. http://www.blacks.ca

  I got mine done at http://www.blacks.ca - took in the info for a UK passport and had them done and processed within the hour - and very reasonable price too
