Several of the local gyms offer yoga (Thrive and Tahoma Athletic Club, I believe) and yoga is also offered through the Maple Valley parks and rec dept at the Lodge. If you are looking for a traditional yoga studio, I'd highly recommend Soul Spark Yoga. It's in Covington/Kent right by the Trader Joes, and it's wonderful. Soulsparkyoga.com

There's also an amazing traditional yoga studio in Kent/Covington, right across from the new Trader Joes. The owner is wonderful and she offers private sessions. Soulsparkyoga.com
