  I'm looking for recommendations for a great physio. I want one that you know specifically does wonders for lumbar. I have 3 bulging discs and 5 crushed nerves and cortisone injections have done nothing. If you know of anyone who you think would help me I would be most appreciative. I am going to my GP to get a referral today but I need to know where I'm going. Thanks
