  Definately recommend Mel at Cakes To Bake. Mel had a stall at our school fair last week and the cupcakes went like hotcakes ;) I wanted one of the popcorn ones but they went before I manged to get one, but heard they were lovely. I've had Mel's cupcakes before, and they are really nice x
