Electrician (soon, an entire room in our house is out) 2. Floor refinishing and carpet stretching 3. General contractor (skilled handyman) to install flashing behind deck, repair some siding, and some rotted wood replacement. 4. General contractor to install hydrolic jacks under the house due to settling. 5. Landscaper with heavy equipment, to dig out drainage ditches, and other large landscaping jobs. 6.
