  Depends on what you need. Is it muscular/tendon irritation, or a bone out of joint? Both of which can be manipulated by a physio. All I can see so fat is http://www.eastdevonphysio.co.uk/ Or you light get it free if you get a referral from the NHS. (Get it free then or majorly discounted).
