  Dr. Egbert 801-265-1500. He's not an orthodontist, he's a maxillofacial surgeon. He's the one who did my jaw surgery a couple years ago, and he is awesome. I know does a lot of work on TMJ. Also, he works very closely with, and recommended my orthodontist, Dr. Jensen at Smile Ranch 801-272-9900.
